1) Sale: professional equipment and technology consultation; provide the products with high price/performance ratio according to the demands of clients; ensure the quality and timely supply of products.

b. Insurance: Problems: 1. The insufficient repair fund; 2. The expensive imported parts; 3. The complex approval process; 4. The slow response of the agency; 5. The evasiveness of repair responsibility

Solutions: 1. Customize the insurance plan just at one charge in order to avoid the high cost of repair; 2. OEM parts and OEM repair service, repair report, delivery for repair, and site repair and recovery are completed at one step; 3. Repair responsibilities = insurance responsibilities, rapid response, and clear responsibilities.

c. Equipment maintenance and training

Problems: 1. The expensive site maintenance charged by the manufacturer; 2. The equipment is often subject to minor maintenance so the equipment has the risk of damage; 3. The OEM training is often given in the commissioning period, and the subsequent user training is not normalized; 4. No technical support is provided for equipment resettlement.
